How to book a game of tennis
BOOK here on our website
It’s as simple as Book, Pay & Play
Click on “Book A Court” Button
Book: Once you have clicked Book A Court button you will be taken to the booking page there you can pick the day & time you want to play.
Pay: Once you have chosen your day & time you will be taken to the PayPal page (you don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay if you would like to pay with a credit card or debit card choose Pay with credit card)
Play: Once your payment has been approved you will receive an email from Pacific Palms Tennis to the email address you have provided in the booking section to confirm your booking. At the EXACT time of your booking, the gate should open automatically for you if for some reason the gate wasn’t open at your booking time use the 7 digit code that was included in the confirmation email (ending with #) on the keypad located on the club house. Enter the code slowly if your code is correct a green light will be shown. It will take up to 15 seconds for the gate to respond and will stay open for the duration of your booking, but there is an exit button located on the inside of the court if needed. If your booking is at night the lights will come on and go off automatically.

You will find the tennis courts in the grounds of the local community centre, next to the Pacific Palms Recreation Club. There are 2 synthetic tennis courts, lights for night games adjacent to the tennis court is a small playground to keep the kids entertained.
Privacy Policy
When using Pacific Palms Tennis to book your tennis game we are committed to protecting your privacy, and endeavour to give you a safe online experience. We will not under any circumstances sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
We only use this information to address your booking and billing receipts. Once your booking has been processed you will receive an email from us with a 7 digit code which you will use to gain access to the tennis court.
Our booking website is linked to PayPal for payments using credit and debit cards. PayPal accepts payments for online bookings. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your booking just follow the steps at the check-out to use your credit / debit card. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider as soon as possible in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Cancellation Policy
If for some reason you are unable to play tennis at the time you have booked, at least 1 hour’s notice, prior to your booking time, is required for a full refund to be issued. You must call Sonya 0419 432 263 or email to request a refund & play must not have started.
Refund policy due to bad weather
If your game has been affected by rain & you have not started play a full refund will be issued if we are notified of the bad weather event within your booking time. If you have started play with no more than 50% of your booking time affected by rain, a 50% refund will apply if notified during your booked time. If you have played more than 75% of your booking time no refund will be given.
